Basically, I've been looking at a new laptop from Dell and I had set up my PayPal and the pay for 4 but I never authorized the transaction or the order. The first down payment of the pay in 4 was deducted from my account but the actual order through dell never went through (not in orders on dell's website, no confirmation email, etc.) he should I go about fixing this issue?? Either getting my money back or having the order go through would be great! Any help is appreciated!
