I ordered a pair of boots from a department store called Belk and chose the Pay in 4 option. The first payment is showing under "Activity" and the money came out of my checking account, but the payment does not indicate the name of the store, it's not listed in my "Current Pay in 4 Plans" and I have not been charged again. I never received an emailed receipt from PayPal or Belk confirming my order. Can I get my money back?
