Pay in 4 Late Fees Charged in Error

First off let me say that having no way to easily get an answer or help with this issue is making me reconsider ever using PayPal ever again. I set up a pay in 4 in November, two payments have cleared my bank and show as received but this morning I was rudely informed that I am being charged late fees and I have absolutely no recourse in which to resolve the matter other than to make this post which no one can really help me with because no one here works for PP. like I said, PP and I may be parting ways. At Amazon I can speak to an agent if I have a problem.
