While I was checking out an item on a website I chose the Pay in 4 option but I had to go back to add the shipping with the item and I chose the Pay in 4 option again but it charged me two down payments the first time being $12 then the second time (with the shipping added on) $13. Is it possible for Paypal to refund me the $12 down payment because technically they charged me two down payments for only one Pay in 4 subscription.
