Pay in 4 Denied

I used Pay in 4 successfully in Nov. and Dec. 2020, but now PayPal is denying all Pay in 4 requests and won't tell me why. The denial message simply stated "our credit decision was based in whole or in part on information about your PayPal account". When I contacted PayPal to find out what "information" they are referencing, they said they couldn't tell me because it would "open PayPal up and allow ways for it to be compromised". I only have one payment of $13 outstanding (to be paid 1/18/2021). I have never been late! I am filing with the BBB because this is completely unacceptable! Anyone else experience this?

I got approved n when my 2and payment was due I made all 3 other payments n now I'm trying to use the pay in 4 again n I'm denied this is **bleep** up
