I made a purchase without an account for a class using Pay in 4 and it didn't send me the appropriate information to sign up. So, I made a second purchase but paid in full this time and that went through fine. I've been trying to figure out how to cancel the Pay in 4 with Paypal customer service and it's been almost 2 weeks without much luck. They said they canceled it for me and will refund in 3-5 business days, the refund hasn't come through and the Pay in 4 is still ticking in my activities...next payment next week. I would prefer not to have to dispute several Paypal charges through my credit card company.
