Rather annoying problem
Sunday morning I was finalising a payment online and was accepted for paypal 'pay in three'
Internet went down, transaction got lost
Re connected, to find there was a pending payment in my paypal
Money 'taken out' of bank (not technically I know but enough to mess me up with other direct debits)
Went back to original transaction
Pay in three rejected
Still pending payment (Website says this can be 72 hours)
Paypal holding on to my money for 72 hours and me getting nothing in return?
Wouldn't be so bad if I could finish my original transaction, but it has since been deleted by the vendor
Any reason for this? I have money to cover payment in account?
