Pay Paypal Mastercard with Paypal Balance?

Is it possible to pay your Paypal Mastercard (i haven't signed up yet) via your Paypal Balance, or it has to be from a bank account?

Thanks for reaching out! Yes, you can pay your Extras PayPal MasterCard with your PayPal balance as well as your bank account.
