I sent 1p to a friend using pay pals promotional offer They then spent £5-00 using there pay pal account which entitled both of us to a £10-00 credit onto our accounts
I have asked Pay pal many many times to credit both of our accounts with the promised £10-00 but they just refuse
What can i now do to get our credits?
