We have received a donation from our supporter of non-profit and we see you have chawed us $36.55 fees for a donation of $1250.00
How can you charge such a big amount to a non-profit corporation
we were told that there are no fees for non-profits, in such case, we will have to close this account and refund money to the donor, and take a check from them
also, they have sent us an email saying that no fees will be charged ... & then you charged us that big amount
not acceptable...
we need a call from PayPal or else refund all the money to the donor and I will close this account.
It's SO DIFFICULT TO GET HOLD OF AN ACTUAL PERSON IN PAYPAL, BETTER TO USE A BANK WHERE WE CAN CALL TALK TO HUMANS NOT MACHINES.
