I made a purchase at REI with a gift certificate that took my item from $99 to $70. I used PayPal pay in 4 to purchase it, but it was reflecting a payment plan to pay the full $99, as if it didn’t account for the applied gift certificate. I read in the fine print that the payments would update to reflect the actual purchase, which is why I went ahead with it. However after purchasing, I was sent the agreement that reflected that it was still the full price of $99! I’m not paying more than what I theoretically actually paid. I tried calling PayPal twice directly but was told by an automated message that they couldn’t help me. What?? Has anyone experienced this, does it fix itself?
