I paid off my Pay In 4 balance early. I keep getting charged the remaining payments and now I've even received a late fee. Then this morning, I received another notice that an ADDITIONAL payment is due. My dash says it was all paid off as of January 4th but yet I still receive notices about being past due AND due for another payment. I have actually been overcharged at this point. The Resolution Center says I can't file a dispute on the transaction and I've tried contacting PayPal via Chat and through, "Help" but cannot reach a human nor get any response. It's been over a week. Terribly disappointing for a company I used to like very much. They do great on the front end but seem to have failed on the back. Disappointed. Can anybody help with this?
