I had checked some items on pay 4 and did not purchase them but the money was taken out for the orders. Any idea if it will be automatically refunded or do I have to contact support?
I'm 30hrs into this issue and I've yet to hear back from my help center. The merchant never received the money, yet my bank shows it as processing and PayPal shows as "pending." My bank can't dispute it until it processes, and the merchant doesn't have any reason to take it, so now I'm playing the waiting game. Waiting for PayPal to respond or drop off the charges, whichever comes first.
