Pandaforth does not reply to e-mails

I ordered an item from pandaforth through PayPal. I emailed them several times because I wanted to change the shipping address. They haven’t replied and it’s been a week. I finally decided to contact PayPal. But I really need to know if pandaforth is a legit website and if I could get my refund incase they can’t change the shipping address. I personally feel like they are not going to reply to my e-mails or answer my phone.

Hi @Jabeensyed, the seller might not be able to change the shipping address since that can void the seller protection. You need to communicate with them and ask for a refund instead. If you have not received the item or any confirmation, you may open a dispute.
