What would be the best way to transfer funds from an account in a Panamanian bank to a US bank?

Panama PayPal accounts can only link US bank accounts. So successfully link a debit card associated with the Panamanian bank account to your Panama PayPal account and send a PayPal payment with the bank debit card from Panama PayPal account to your US PayPal account and then transfer money to your linked US bank account.
