Paid more shipping

I paid 13.65 for shipping and the customer paid only 4.90 I need help. I sell the item on eBay.

The buyer pays for the item + shipping costs that are listed on your auction.

If the shipping cost was higher it would have been due to your mistake and sadly you would have to meet the extra costs.
