Packing slip won't print

For the last week when I click the link to print the packing slip nothing loads. It has been the spinning circle each time. I have tried to text customer support but have been able to text with a live person. HAs anyone else had trouble printing packing slips lately?

Packing slip printouts hang in my Canon laser printer queue like they are incompatible.  I have no issues printing anything else including the shipping labels - it's only Paypal packing slips, even if I save them PDF first and then try to print that file.
