PRE PAID paypal cards!

I put 2o  on pay pal orepaid and it's's not allowing me to access the funds because I have an overdraft with my old bak and the Checking account is closed

Huh? You can't use the card at a physical store or at an atm?

You can't access the funds on this particular card from the PayPal account. Once you transfer PayPal balance funds to the card, either go to an atm or spend it in-store.
