PPP - Technical Difficulties

Hello...I was attempting to apply for PPP.  At the "upload calculator and documents" page a msg of technical difficulties came up and would not allow. Messaged customer support, sent an email to upload in order to proceed. tried to login again, couldn't authenticate. Tried "forgot password", sent link, created new password and asks me for an answer BUT there's no question. I tried both my security answers to no avail. now i'm locked out and can't get in to even attempt to finish my application. Please help.

Leave it alone for a few days and try again. Security system will be triggered if too many failed actions are repeated. You may want to apply at other fin-techs instead such as Square, Kabbage, etc.
