PPP Covid-19 Application

I successfully completed the application and was then directed to a Portal.  However when I got to the page that asked for security questions (and I completed that as well) I was stuck.  The Error 500 message came up.  My question is how do I go back, and do I need to complete the application all over again?

i tried to do the application again, and it wont let me. so i never got an email, nothing. I have tried to call message for help. no assistance.
