After for almost a month of working for a project for a client. He just cancelled the project and refunded the down payment. The Down payment is my only assurance if ever the client cancelled a project while we are working for it. Paypal let the client refund it and give favor for the client even though we have work for it for almost a month. Please help me what to do. I am seeking for a solution. I hope paypal staff could see this and give solutions.
