PAYPAL Mastercard application

My PAYPAL Master card application was denied.  I FORGOT I had a freeze at all 3 credit bureaus.

THe freeze is now lifted temporarily long enough for the PAYPAL credit check.  But Paypal won't let

me reapply.  I was listed as invited to apply too!  WHY?  ANYBODY KNOW?

You would need to ask someone that works for paypal ie customer services.

But its rare that financial services actually say why you were turned down.
