Order a PayPal Prepaid Mastercard to another country

Hello,

I live in Iceland and I´m going to the US next month. Does anyone know if it is possible to order the card to another country or do I have to be registered in the US or have a permanent residency? 

If so, would it be possible to let paypal send the card to another address in the US to a friend of mine?

Welcome to the PayPal community forum. We are always happy to have new members. 

When you are applying for a PayPal prepaid card you will need to be resident in the country you are applying for it. If accepted your card can only be sent to the registered address on your PayPal account.
