Well see I dont know. I have spent over 10 minutes trying to find a simple way to message a simple question to someone who may have access to that information. However because my question was not something many people have asked I was directed to a community forum. Therefore I took my chances at asking something in Hope's to be able to figure out how to find the information I was looking for. Problem with it is you cannot just ask PAYPAL a question of your choosing unless its specific to topics. So instead of just giving up I took a shot in the dark at seeing if there may be an individual whom can help me.
