I had a PayPal business debit Mastercard I would call the number on the back the card phone number ending xxxx. This number was automated and will give me my balance and. about 3 weeks ago when I called in it said it could not locate my account and the account number was invalid.I then went to the ATM and it gave me a balance inquiry which was correct and I have used the card at several locations. My card was then stolen in my wallet and when I go to report this card stolen no area of PayPal can find this account number giving them the last four digits of the account number. I know for a fact that I have several release charges back to that card number but I am unable to locate this account who do I call because I have made probably 25 to 30 calls on this matter and sent over 10 emails with no response and no help does anybody know how to locate an old account?
