I have sent a seller a message in which I requested that the "BEST OFFER" option be activated by him/her should she/he be interested in offer.
Instead of doing that, the seller sent me an offer for lower than the advertised price. I clicked on the "review offer'' icon and it took me to the "accept offer" option, but if I click on it, it does not take me anywhere where I can continue with the offer or make a counter offer.
