I bought an item last june and a part of this has broken before a year has past so I wish to contact the supplier for a replacement part, I raised a claim with yourselves so I could get in touch with the supplier, my claim was disallowed by because of a time limit. I do not want money from my claim just a replacement item for the failed item because it is less than 1 year old. The claim number is as follows PP-D-66377153.
The supplier was PD Aquatics LTD (aquacadabra) and I just wanted PayPaL to mediate for me to get a replacement Choke System under warranty.
