Hi everyone,
Update: We're looking to have the fix implemented by the end of the week.
We've identified an issue where users cannot type in the iOS app using the first line of numbers (1,2,3). We're currently working on getting a fix implemented. In the meantime, there is a workaround for the issue.
Here are the workaround details:
- Users need to turn off the display zoom.

Note: Display Zoom is only available on some iPhone devices. Please see the supported models below:
- iPhone 11
- iPhone 11 Pro Max

- iPhone 7
- iPhone 7 Plus
- iPhone 6s
- iPhone 6s Plus
