Nothing is Working

Applied for paypal here weeks ago and still haven't been approved, bought and received the card reader, downloaded the app, can't connect to the device (uninstalled & reinstalled 3 times), sent numerous messages requesting assistance which have gone unanswered, you don't have phone services available, can't read messages in any of the paypal apps or sites both from phone, tablet or PC, cant remove an old bank account from my list. This service is an absolute joke!! If you can't answer my messages and fix my issues, I'll be sending the reader back, requesting a FULL $99 REFUND and closing all my accounts and going to square, as I'm absolutely tired of the lack of service from paypal. Fix your bugs, answer CUSTOMER inquiries and start taking calls!!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
