I used coupons from coupons.com three days ago now. I submitted the receipt and it was approved, and said my rebate would be sent to my linked PayPal account within 48 hours. My PayPal is verified, with no limits, so why is there still no sign of my rebate anywhere? Not even in my pending transactions!
