Not received full order and my case been denied by paypal

I bought an order almost 2 months ago and I just got half of them now. The seller ignored my email for asking money back. I opened a dispute on paypal and got denied bc they have the tracking of half my order. Anyone have any idea for my case. Thank you so much

Sounds as if you opened a dispute for non receipt of item? If so then of course you would lose if the seller could provide trackable proof of delivery.

Why didn't you open 'item received but not as described' ie part instead of full order???

Then once escalated to paypal they would tell you to return what you received for a full refund (they don't get involved in telling the seller to send the rest, that is the only option you get). But once you had your full refund you could then buy elsewhere.
