Not got 100% cashback voucher on 1st transaction on PayPal done on bookmyshow

I had done my first payment on PayPal at bookmyshow on 15th August of ₹575.52 and as per offer term and condition I should get 100% cashback voucher upto ₹500 described in offer (that is first payment on PayPal at bookmyshow till 18th August) Please help me with my issue

I got an mail from PayPal that the first payment I had made doesn't fulfill the terms and conditions of the offer I had read all terms and conditions but I don't find anything that I am not fulfilling
