I purchased a sewing machine from ling line for 55 dollars ' never received 'can't seem to continue PayPal ' I disputed & case closed rapidly ' I want my money back this has been a RIPOFF
If paypal closed it due to the seller providing tracking then if you are not able to dispute it again then contact your bank. (Or whatever company is on the card you used) If the seller sent "anything" other than what was ordered then state that. If you just did not receive anything then the seller should have to prove you did, which they won't be able to do if they don't have anything signed to show otherwise.
