For some reason the last few paid invoices only show email address but NO mailing address, which does not allow me to print shipping label - so I have to drive to the PO now and don't get the savings. Why is this happening. The customer says that they have a mailing address listed. HELP!!
Mine has done that for a month. I have 12 established customers in my contacts to invoice and NO physical addresses are appearing on the invoice, so it doesn't come up in "ready to ship" because paypal cannot ship it. HELP. What am I missing here?
