Recently I returned an item in a dispute case as prompted by Paypal. However, when I went to the original transaction on Paypal to find the return shipping refund, it is not there. There is usually a "request a refund on return shipping" link on the original transaction, however, in this case there isn't one. Where can I find it as the shipping was quite expensive (~$40)?
