No option to print USPS shipping label

I just received a payment and want to mail something in a padded mailer (not flat rate), but in the "Activity" section it's not giving me a "print shipping label" option.  Is there a workaround for this?  Why might this be occurring?

Hello @SteveInDaLou, If you have a pop-up blocker installed on your browser, you need to turn off the pop-up blocker to print your label.

Print your shipping label on plain paper and fold at the line. Affix the label using clear plastic shipping tape over the entire label.
