I didn't receive an item, the merchant have sent a totally wrong UPS tracking number to PayPal for a product delivered - but not from this merchant (it was sent by Amazon) and delivered to a different person. I have a proof from UPS that the tracking number which PayPal used as a base for denying my case is not mine. PayPal didn't bother to check with UPS, it was easier to deny it.
Are there honest companies to which we can trust on the market?
