I am absolutely disgusted with how paypal has handled their customer service.
Because of covid their phone line is gone and the only way for me to contact is via their messaging system.
I have sent messages to (said agent) almost a week ago with not one reply and they cancelled/finished it saying it was resolved.
I then send a new conversation with the exact same questions Three (3) days ago and still no reply.
The automated system says that they will take A COUPLE HOURS to respond, NOT 168+ HOURS!
I am baffled with what i am meant to do as i am now out $700 and no one will help me get it back.

i have been on the phone waiting for them for 3 hours due to a limitation to my paypal that i shouldnt of even got.. i cant pay for anything and tbh this is just a disgrace i cant even order food due to all this
