No charge cash withdrawals at ATM's using PayPal debit card.

Using my PayPal Business Debit Mastercard, I'm supposed to be able withdraw cash with "No fee for MoneyPass ATM Withdrawals in the U.S." The transaction screen tells me I will be charged $3 or $2 at vaious qualified ATM's, Why? thank you.

Hi @jimichrome,

No fee MoneyPass atm withdrawals are available for the PayPal Cash debit card, not the PayPal Business debit card.
