I am sorry to hear that you did not receive your cashback. Please note that customers are eligible for cashback offers only for their first ever transaction on PayPal. Also, merchants may have different Terms and Conditions of the offer and you would have to contact the merchant directly if this is the case. You can always look out for cashback under the ‘Offers’ tab on the PayPal App and the PayPal cashback is automatically applied as a discount with the purchase without you having to manually apply it. There is no cash-out and payment will not credit your funding instrument. If you did not receive the feedback, it may be that you were not eligible, I am afraid.
