I just got an email from paypal offering me to change my cashback on my card to 3 options: Spend $750 before the end of the year and get $20; get 1% back on shipping costs, get 1% back on all purchases...I am confused because doesn't getting 1% back on all purchases include the shipping costs too? Why would you pick just shipping? Am I reading this incorrectly?
