Never requested a paypal cash card but they are sending me one

I got an email saying my paypal cash card would arrive in 7-10 days.  The issue is that I never requested one.  I would never use something like this.  Im wondering if someone hacked my account and is trying to get the card.  I don't know how else it would of happened. Do they send one to everyone?  I hardly use paypal.  Every few years when I buy something on ebay.  Just recently I loaned my friend money  twice using the send money feature.  First time Ive done that, maybe that triggered it.  Stressing out over here. 😬

I had this happen like 2 months ago but they sent me a paypal prepaid mastercard that I never applied for. I tried contacting CS and they told me to go to the prepaid help section which wasnt even in the location on their site they told me. And when I reached out directly to the prepaid dept they never responded. Pretty weird.
