Never received replacement or new chip card

I have never received the new chip cards and have received multiple emails regarding this. I have not received a Card period. Greg <removed>, Arkansas call or email me . I have to have my card and it said it was going to be canceling my old one well I have to have a new one first!!!! Please someone from PayPal let me know something.

You should really contact PayPal debit card support about this issue.

You can find the PayPal phone number on the back of your card.
