According to the website, my paypal cash card was shipped on december 6th and was supposed to arrive by december 16th, it is now december 18th and has not arrived. I click the "send new card" option and it just takes me back to the main screen with nothing insinuating that I have a new card being shipped. I already looked up ways for help on the sight, such as report a problem, which was useless. I also tried the text message option which was again useless. This is my last hope, I really don't want to have to wait another 10 days at minimum for a new card that probably won't even show up like the first one. I don't know what to do.
