I shop online with PayPal. Two recent attempts to purchase something ended ( I cancelled)
because the vendor (?) screen showed “ you need to enter a payment method. Enter credit card number etc”. Now, why would I do that? I use PayPal so as to NOT enter my card number for the unknown company that will send me an unnecessary piece of clothing from Asia. Makes no sense. Mostly PayPal works seamlessly and charges a purchase and returns me to the vendor. What are these exceptions about?
