Need to extend expiry date of reward due to Covid 19

My reward offer is getting expire on April 21.2020

But Iam unable to purchase anything due to Covid 19 -lockdown

This link to change the expiry of cards

My concern is that - i got reward voucher of 750 rupees

But due to covid ,iam unable to use it

i request the team to extend the  expiry of reward 

but no one is responding back and not giving a solution for me

As iam a normal person this 750rupees is a big amount for me

No online apps taking payments right now - there is no delivery option due to covid

So i humbly request to extend the expiry date of reward voucher
