A freelancer invoiced me erroneously for payment. He has been paid from another account. I have written to him several times, asking him to cancel his invoice, but it still sits in my account. How can I remove this invoice?
Hi @agar. Good day. Please follow this steps and see if it would work for your account. Log in to your Paypal account then click setting on the upper right corner and then look for SELLER TOOLS, once page has loaded look for GETTING PAID and click invoices and then go for MANAGE. Thanks, Raprap--but "Seller Tools" does not show when i log into settings/Account Settings or settings/Your Profile. Nor do I see a "Seller Tools" under Tools.
