So I was selling an item on eBay and the customer who wants to purchase it asked if I can also include a gift card to add to the shipment because he wanted to send the whole thing as a gift. He sent me the payment but it is on hold until I send the email which was a PayPal support address but ended in gmail a photo of the gift card and receipt of proof of purchase. I just want to know if it is legitimate because the gift card is for a large amount and he sent me $200 more then what the gift card and item is worth and told me it’s to cover shipping and for the inconvenience.
