Need Advise regarding Shipping to get Refund

Hello, I have filed a claim for an item which was not delivered as described. Infact the supplier deliberatly adverstised a good battery operated product but shipped a totally different item (**bleep** driver set). After raising a complaint in paypal, supplier offered a partial refund which i rejected. Now supplier is asking to ship the item back so that supplier can process full refund. My question is that why i should bear any cost for shipping from UAE (cost of shipping is even higher than total order amount) to the supplier in China when the wrong product was shipped by the supplier and its not my fault. Kindly advise.
