NO SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED

I received money but there is no address to mail the package to. I want to use PayPal shipping once the buyer supplies her address. How can I do this?

Did they use the friends/family option or the goods/services option to send you the funds?

your buyer is using an account for buying digital good and no address is needed.

tell her to add her address to her account and try again.

refund her money and send her an invoice,

if there is no address in the payment notice,you get no protection if you ship to an address she give you,she could file item not received and paypal bot will compare tracking to her blank address and find no match,YOU LOSE !!!!!!!!!!!!

If the OP is saying they have no address to 'ship the parcel' then its not digital goods.
